TeamHub

For providers

Bring TeamHub to your clients, on your own paper.

You resell TeamHub on your own terms. Your client has no commercial relationship with us. We stay behind you with the product, the licence keys and third-line support.

What you get

Getting started

Product onboarding, implementation guidance and help preparing your first client deployment.

A free demo licence

A 100-seat licence for your own development and demonstration environment, free for as long as the agreement runs.

The partner portal

Issue your own 100-seat, two-month trial keys. Request production keys, seat upgrades and longer trials. Read the documentation and the compatibility overview.

Third-line support

A clear escalation route once an issue is shown to be the product, with a first response target of two business days.

How it works

  • Demonstrate. Run TeamHub on your own environment with the demo licence and show it in context.
  • Trial. Issue a trial key from the portal yourself. No request, no waiting on us.
  • Implement. Scope, configure and adopt. The client is yours throughout.
  • Operate. You answer the client. We answer you.
  • Settle. You invoice the client. We invoice you, monthly.

Who owns what

You

  • The customer relationship. Advice, scoping, the proposition, contracting and renewal.
  • The price. You set what the client pays. We neither set it nor cap it.
  • The invoice. The client pays you, on your terms.
  • Implementation and adoption. Configuration, migration, training and the use-case work.
  • First and second line. Everyday questions, and the technical work of reproducing an issue and separating it from Nextcloud, hosting and configuration.

Doek Works

  • The product. Development, the roadmap and the release schedule.
  • Licence keys. Issued to you, for your client's instance, normally within two business days.
  • Third line. Investigation once an issue is shown to be the product, and the fix for supported releases.
  • Continuity. Updates, security fixes, compatibility information and published support end dates.
  • Assessment. Defects, improvement requests and quotes for client-specific development.

The commercial shape

  • Priced per seat, per month. Mere cents per seat, below what the same client would pay buying direct from us.
  • Banded on your whole book. The rate follows the total seats you have licensed across every client, not the size of each one. Bringing a second client improves the price of the first.
  • Billed monthly, in arrears. You are invoiced in the following month for the licences that were active, so you are never paying for a client before you have billed them.
  • No minimum. No volume commitment, no revenue target, no stock to buy.
  • Deal registration. Register a prospect and we will not approach them directly, during the agreement and for a period after it.
  • Your clients keep working. If our agreement isn't renewed, our obligations stand util your last clients license runs out. We cannot and will not switch them off.

Rates are confidential and are shared when we talk. They are shown as bands, so you can see at a glance what growing your book is worth.

What is true today

  • A licence is per Nextcloud instance. Each client instance is licensed on its own, against its own seat count.
  • Nothing calls home. TeamHub does not contact us to validate, renew or count. Managing keys on a client's behalf involves no integration with us, and your invoice comes from our own records, never from measuring a client's environment.
  • Quiet mode is part of every licence. A licensed instance shows no prompts, no TeamHub branding inside the application, and sends no telemetry.
  • You administer the key on the client's behalf. The agreement allows it. The key itself stays bound to the instance.
  • Supported versions are published. The current release supports the two most recent Nextcloud major versions. Each year we name a long-term supported release and maintain it for two years with security and product fixes.

What we still do not offer

The same honesty we started this page with. These come up in most provider conversations and the answer today is no.

  • Multi-tenant licensing. Each client instance is licensed separately. There is no single key across a fleet.
  • White labelling. Quiet mode removes TeamHub branding inside the application. There is no rebranding beyond that.
  • Certification or a partner directory. Neither exists.
  • A service level agreement. We target a first response within two business days. We do not commit to resolution times, and the software runs on your infrastructure, not ours.

Why bother

The gap you already hit on every Microsoft 365 migration.

A provider moving a client off Microsoft 365 can cover mail, files, documents, chat and boards with Nextcloud. The row that stays open is Teams as the place a team actually works, and it is usually the row the client notices six months later, when work has quietly leaked back into private chats and personal cloud folders.

That is the row TeamHub fills, at single-digit euros per seat per year. The full comparison is here, and it is written to be lifted into your own material.

Let us talk about your first client.

Tell us which clients you have in mind, how many instances and roughly how many seats. We will send the rate card, the agreement and a demo licence so you can see it working before you commit to anything.
