Features
What TeamHub adds, and what it deliberately leaves alone.
Where Nextcloud already meets a need, TeamHub surfaces it. Where nothing meets it, TeamHub builds it. These pages are for checking which is which, and what each thing actually does.
Built by us, because nothing else provides them
Decisions
A proposal, a category that routes it, an approver, a recorded reason and an append-only trail. The reasoning survives the people who gave it.
How Decisions worksPersonal work
My Work lists everything waiting on a person across every team. What’s new shows what changed while they were away.
How personal work worksServices
A catalogue of what the organisation offers, each service naming the team that answers it and the response time to expect.
How Services worksProjects
Phases, the Project Compass, milestones tied to Deck cards, budget and time per workstream, and a live health signal.
How Projects worksPresence
A working location per half day, collected into a team week grid and written to each person’s own Nextcloud calendar.
How Presence worksMessages and timeline
A persistent team stream for announcements, questions and polls, and a 30-day activity feed scoped to the team.

These are integrations. Each one stays the source of truth for what it owns, and TeamHub shows it in the context of the responsible team.
| Integration | What it stays the source of truth for |
|---|---|
| Nextcloud Talk | Conversations and calls |
| Nextcloud Files | Documents, team folders and permissions |
| Nextcloud Calendar | Events, including the presence each person publishes |
| Nextcloud Deck | Cards, boards and their state |
| Nextcloud Collectives | Team pages and internal documentation |
| OpenProject | Projects managed there, for organisations already running it |
| IntraVox and RoomVox | Their own content, brought into the team through the integration API |
Anything else reachable by URL can be added as a tab on any team, which is how the one tool nobody will give up gets brought in rather than fought.
Community or licensed
Which of these need a licence.
Everything not named here is in the free base application, with no seat limit.
- Licensed: My Work and What’s new, Advanced Projects, bulk creation, import and export, file reviews, Services, the OpenProject integration, the compliance centre, and quiet mode.
- Community: the team home, messages, decisions, presence, the activity timeline, custom tabs, and the Talk, Files, Calendar, Deck and Collectives integrations.
Want to see it against your own teams?
A walkthrough on your own structure answers more than a feature list does.
